1-3 Photos: $150 (exterior shots only- e.g., when a seasonal/weather-related refresh is needed)
3-20 Photos: $250 (for condos or smaller commercial units)
20-40 Photos: $300 (for standard homes/townhomes)
1-10 Drone Photos: $300
1-10 Drone Photos w/ any other service: $250
Videos are vertical HD format, 60-90 seconds in length unless otherwise requested. Video may include drone usage where applicable, no extra charge! If drone-only video is needed/requested (for exteriors), the same charges apply.
For condos and other apartment units (including commercial) <2000sqft: $300
Houses + townhouses <5000sqft (also including large >2000sqft condos): $400
Houses >5000sqft: Quoted for each instance
Traditional Horizontal 4K video (up to 3mins): + $50
On-camera presentation/voiceover: +$100
Voiceover only: +$50
Key pick up and/or drop off: $15
Extra requested photoshopping/video editing, beyond any corrections: $60/hr
On the spot cancellations: $60
Sunset /Twilight/ aka Luxury shoots- for appointments starting anytime after 5pm October-May, anytime after 7pm June-September: +50% on all packages
