1-10 Photos: $200 (exterior shots only- e.g., when a seasonal/weather-related refresh is needed)
11-40 Photos: $300 (Standard photo package)

1-10 Drone Photos: $300 (Stand-alone/separate appointment)
1-10 Drone Photos + Standard photo package: $500 ($100 discount)

Video

Videos are vertical HD format, 60-90 seconds in length unless otherwise requested.

Standard Video  (Including Condos, Houses, Townhouses & commercial units <5000sqft): $400
Extra Large Property Video >5000sqft: Quoted for each instance

The Works Photos + Video (Includes Standard Photo, Standard video + Drone Photos/video): $800 ($200 discount)

Video add-ons

Traditional Horizontal 4K video (up to 3mins): + $150
On-camera presentation/voiceover: +$150
Voiceover only: +$50
